LLC Founder ("we", "us", "the Site") is operated by Zoom Lifestyle LLC. This page explains what data we collect, what we don't, and how to exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
What we don't collect
- We don't ask for or collect your name, email, phone number, address, or any other personal information through the Site directly.
- We don't operate a newsletter, account system, or contact form on the Site.
- We don't sell, rent, or trade personal information.
What is collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics and advertising. The third-party services that may set cookies in your browser when you visit:
- Google AdSense serves the display ads on the Site. AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Google Analytics provides aggregate, non-identifying traffic data — pages visited, approximate location (country/state/city), device, browser, session duration. We never see your IP address tied to identity.

You can opt out of personalized AdSense advertising at Google Ad Settings, or use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" workflow described below.
Your rights under CCPA (California residents)
We don't collect personally identifiable information about you directly, so most CCPA rights are inherently satisfied. The named rights guaranteed by California law are:
- Right to know (CCPA §1798.100) — what categories of personal information are collected, sold, or shared. From us: none directly. From third-party partners on our pages (Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity): see their respective privacy policies linked above.
- Right to delete (§1798.105) — request deletion of personal information held about you.
- Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to non-discrimination (§1798.125) — exercising any CCPA right will not affect the price, quality, or availability of any service on this Site. The Site is free; no account-tier discrimination is possible.
How to submit a CCPA request: email info@llcfounder.com with subject "CCPA request — [know / delete / opt-out]". Include your browser type, approximate visit date, and the category of action requested. Because we maintain no user accounts, requests are processed against IP-level analytics records only. Browser opt-out signals (GPC)
California's CCPA (per CA AG reg §7025) recognizes the Global Privacy Control browser header as a valid opt-out signal for residents. When GPC is detected, we treat your visit as having exercised the opt-out right; no separate request needed. To enable GPC: turn it on in Brave, DuckDuckGo, or Firefox (privacy.globalprivacycontrol.enabled flag).
Children
The Site is intended for adults forming a business entity. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Effective Date" above will change. Material changes will be flagged at the top.
